Graduating Seniors of Spring 2007- Where are they Going Next?

Monday, May 14th, 2007

Quinn Sinnott

"I am either going to attend UNR and get a graduate degree in Physics or try to get into law school and study patent law. If I stay in physics I will probably try to specialize in solar power systems. I would like to thank UNR for the education and opportunities that you have provided."

Phillippe LeBlanc

"I will continue working over the summer to push my current science project as far as I can, after which I will take a year off from research and become a teaching assistant. I will take the opportunity to find a new project for the remaining years of my degree. My goal is to eventually do research in an academic setting so I will continue my studies to obtain a doctorate and work on theoretical physics. "

Richard Kraus

"Now that I have my undergraduate degree I will be going back to Los Alamos National Lab for the summer. Then in September I will be attending the University of Cambridge for graduate school in physics. Then after I get my PhD, I would like to work at LANL or LLNL."

Ryan Royle

"This fall I will begin my graduate studies at Virginia Tech, pursuing a M.S. in physics with an emphasis in elementary particles & fields. I then intend to pursue a Ph.D., possibly also at VT. Ultimately I think I would like to become a professor and do research. "
